Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baby Teethers (hygiene considerations)
  • Baby Bath Toys (sanitation reasons)

All other products in our collections including Bib Shorts, Base Layers, Jackets, Backpacks, and other accessories are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
