All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baby Teethers (hygiene considerations)
  • Baby Bath Toys (sanitation reasons)

All other products including Bib Shorts, Base Layers, Jackets, Backpacks, and other accessories are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Step-by-Step Return Process

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

3. Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Ship to Us

Send the package to our returns center:

5. Confirmation

We’ll email you once we receive and process your return.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the desired exchange item in your request
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
